Running is a great activity, but it can also be hard on the body. We all know that running is good for you and helps us stay healthy, but injuries are common too.
Dealing with an injury while running can feel like a horrible experience, especially if you’re used to being active. It’s important to remember that everyone has dealt with an injury at some point in their lives and most of them have recovered from it just fine. In this video, I talk about how I am dealing with my injury while running and how you should never take your running for granted.
